1. Seller Eligibility
Must be ≥18 years or a legally registered business.
KYC verification (PAN, Aadhaar, or business docs) required for payouts.
2. Content Ownership
Sellers must own/have rights to all uploaded products (code, templates, etc.).
Prohibited: Pirated/copied content, malware, illegal material.
3. Payouts & Commission
Platform Fee: 2.5% per sale.
Payout Schedule: Monthly (minimum ₹20000 balance).
TDS/GST: Deducted as per Indian tax laws.
4. Account Suspension
We may suspend accounts for:
Fraud, fake KYC, policy violations.
Chargebacks or copyright complaints.
5. Liability
Sellers are liable for defective/non-delivered products.
SellCodeNow is not responsible for disputes between sellers/buyers.
